This is not the product I ordered this was supposed to be a replacement of a 5 month supply of another product that this company sent to me with only 2 months remaining shelf life. Will not buy anything ever again from DryEye Rescue
This product was a replacement of another product for which I had purchased under a 5 month subscription—DryEye Rescue sent me product that only had 2 months shelf life remaining despite my 5 month subscription. This replacement is not the same product. Won’t buy from DryEye Rescue again

It appears there may have been a miscommunication regarding the details of the replacement order we sent out.The product you had ordered was on a nationwide backorder, and at the time we spoke, we did not have any inventory of the bottles with a further expiration date. However, we did have the vials, which we sent over at no additional cost, to hold you over until we received the new inventory with the further expiration date.

Freshkote (PF) is simple to use, and it has been effective in relieving my dry eye symptoms. The small vials make it easy to carry in my pocket when travelling.
