Shipping Policy

At Dry Eye Rescue, we strive to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.

Orders that qualify for FedEx 2-Day Air will ship with expedited delivery once processed. Orders that do not qualify will ship using our flat-rate shipping option.

  • FedEx 2-Day Air: Free on orders over $89.99 (must be selected at checkout).
  • Flat Rate Shipping: Applied to orders under $89.99 at checkout.

Please note: FedEx 2-Day Air delivery applies only to business days. We do not fulfill or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Shipping times may vary based on location, as all orders ship from Florida. Dry Eye Rescue cannot be held responsible for weather delays or courier-related service interruptions.


Prescription Items

Prescription products (e.g., Regener-Eyes, Tangible Boost) will only ship once the RX has been confirmed. Orders awaiting prescription approval will be held for up to 7 days before being canceled and refunded if not verified.


FedEx Overnight Shipping

Overnight shipping options are available during checkout. Please note that orders placed after 12:00 pm EST may ship the following business day, as our team requires time to prepare the order.

Weekend overnight shipping is not included in standard overnight service. Orders placed on Fridays after 12:00 pm EST will arrive no sooner than the following Monday. For weekend delivery requests, please call 888-982-7764 before placing your order.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Wait 1–2 additional business days, as carriers sometimes pre-mark deliveries.

  2. If the package still hasn’t arrived after 5 business days, contact support@dryeyerescue.com for assistance.

Dry Eye Rescue is not responsible for stolen packages, but if your order included Navidium Package Protection, we can help you file a claim.


International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. We no longer ship to Canada (effective 11/20/23).


Incorrect Addresses

If you enter an incorrect address at checkout, Dry Eye Rescue is not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages.
Once shipped, address changes must be made directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you have Package Protection, please contact us for help with your claim.


Shipping to PO Boxes

When shipping to a PO Box, please select USPS Standard or USPS Expedited.
FedEx shipments cannot be delivered to PO Boxes and will be returned to sender.
