About the Product

Clean Sweep Mascara is a water resistant mascara supplied in a 10 mL size in a single black shade. It is a water based formula built on synthetic beeswax and candelilla wax with a blend of acrylate and VP copolymers, and it carries rayon fibres. It is vegan and is formulated without parabens, carbon black or coal tar dyes.

Mascara is worn to add definition and depth to the lash line, and this one is applied by sweeping the brush up from root to tip, with further coats built up to the wearer's preference. It is ophthalmologist developed and tested. Because the formula is water resistant and fibre containing, it is taken off with an eye safe oil pressed onto the closed lid rather than by rinsing with water, which suits a routine where eye makeup is removed with an oil step at the end of the day.

• Rayon The fibre in the formula, suspended in the base so that it is laid down along the lash with each coat.
• Synthetic Beeswax and Euphorbia Cerifera (Candelilla) Wax The waxes that give the formula its body and let it hold to the lash.
• Sodium Hyaluronate and Glycerin Humectants that hold water in the formula.
• Iron Oxides (CI 77499) The black pigment that carries the colour, used in place of carbon black or coal tar dyes.

How to Use

1. Hold brush against lashes and sweep up from root to tip.
2. Add multiple coats for desired volume and length.
3. To remove, saturate a cotton pad or microfiber cloth with your favorite eye-safe oil and press against closed lid for 20 seconds.
4. Gently wipe away, repeating as necessary.
