This is a carotenoid supplement taken once a day with food. At one soft gel daily a 90 count bottle covers 90 days, which is the three month supply the pack size is built around. The formula supports retinal health and visual function and promotes long term macular health. It carries no omega-3 oil, so it can sit alongside a separate fish oil or algae oil rather than replacing one.
