The drops are really good but I find getting the drops into my eyes difficult due to catheter container shape and color. You put the tip over your eye and hope.

The bottle is different from other preservative free multi dose bottles like optase and systane but it wasn't hard to squeeze. It's hydrating but I don't think it's enough if you have mgd. I would use this before miebo.
