About the Product

Extreme Protect SPF 30 is a sunscreen lotion in a 100 g (3.5 oz) pump bottle. The sunscreen actives are octinoxate 5.50% and zinc oxide 4.12%, and the formula gives broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection. The directions call for a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.

This is the sunscreen step of a daily facial skincare routine, applied liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure and reapplied at least every 2 hours.

Uses

• Helps prevent sunburn.
• If used as directed with other sun protection measures (see Directions), decreases the risk of skin cancer and early skin aging caused by the sun

How to Use

1. Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure.
2. Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating.
3. Reapply at least every 2 hours.
4. Children under 6 months: Ask a doctor.

Sun Protection Measures

Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures including:

• Limit time in the sun, especially from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Wear long-sleeve shirts, pants, hats, and sunglasses.

Warnings

• For external use only.
• Do not use on damaged or broken skin.
• When using this product keep out of eyes. Rinse with water to remove.
• Stop use and ask a doctor if rash occurs.
• Sun protection measures: Spending time in the sun increases your risk of skin cancer and early skin aging. To decrease this risk, regularly use a sunscreen with a broad spectrum SPF value of 15 or higher and other sun protection measures.
• Keep out of reach of children. If product is swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
