REM Sleep is a liquid dietary supplement supplied as 30 single serve gel packs. Each gel pack is 25 mL and is one serving, giving 30 servings per box. The flavor is cherry. The gel can be taken straight from the pack or mixed into liquid.

This is a nightly sleep supplement rather than a daytime one, taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime as part of a wind down routine. Calming herbs, amino acids and non habit forming ingredients support all four stages of sleep. Each gel pack supplies over 2,384 mg of sleep supporting nutrients.

Key Ingredients

• GABA, 750 mg Gamma aminobutyric acid, the largest single nutrient in the formula by weight.
• Lemon balm extract, 600 mg An extract of Melissa officinalis leaf, one of the calming herbs in the formula.
• L-Theanine, 200 mg One of the amino acids in the formula, supplied alongside L-glycine at 500 mg.
• Melatonin, 1 mg Supplied at 1 mg per gel pack, with 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract at 100 mg and magnesium citrate at 200 mg.

Other Ingredients

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, phosphoric acid, natural flavor, xanthan gum, citrus pectin, inulin, fruit and vegetable juice (color), citric acid, malic acid, stevia leaf extract.

How to Use

1. Take directly from the gel pack or mix in liquid.
2. Take one gel pack before bedtime for occasional sleeplessness, or as directed by your licensed healthcare professional.
3. Take it 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime.
