GenTeal Tears Lubricant Eye Drops, Moderate Liquid Drops, (36 Vials)

About the Product

GenTeal Tears Moderate Preservative Free is a sterile lubricant eye drop supplied as 36 single-use vials of 0.9 mL (0.03 FL OZ) each. The formula is preservative free. The active ingredients are dextran 70 0.1% and hypromellose 2910 0.3%, both eye lubricants.

It is an over the counter ocular lubricant in liquid drop form, put in the affected eye or eyes one or two drops at a time, as needed. Each vial is opened, used once and discarded, so the drops carry no preservative.

Uses

• temporary relief of discomfort due to minor irritations of the eye, or to exposure to wind or sun

Potassium chloride, purified water, sodium borate, sodium chloride. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

How to Use

1. Put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• if this solution changes color or becomes cloudy
• if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product

When using this product

• to avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface
• do not reuse
• once opened, discard

Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience any of the following:

• eye pain
• changes in vision
• continued redness or irritation of the eye
• condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Storage

Store at room temperature 15° to 25°C (59° to 77°F).
