About the Product

Oe Omega Essentials is a high potency liquid fish oil omega-3 dietary supplement with vitamin D3, from PRN, now part of EyePromise. The bottle holds 200 mL (6.7 fluid ounces), about 40 servings at one teaspoon (5 mL) a day. Each teaspoon supplies 1,680 mg of EPA and 560 mg of DHA, a 3 to 1 EPA to DHA ratio, in triglyceride (rTG) form, with a natural lemon/lime flavor.

It is a liquid rather than a softgel, with no gelatin, capsule or enteric coating, for people who would rather take their daily omega-3 by the spoon. The oil is molecularly distilled, made in Norway in certified facilities, and each batch is third-party tested.
