How to Use

1. Microwave the mask on high for 20 seconds, adding 5 second increments if needed, never more than 30 seconds in total.
2. Test the temperature before it goes near the eyes.
3. Place the warm compress over closed eyes for up to 10 minutes.

The mask can also be used without heat.

Care and Cleaning

Do not machine wash. Do not submerge in water. Wipe with a wet cloth. Keep the compress in the storage pouch between uses to protect it.
