About the Product

A raspberry flavored liquid multivitamin in a 30 fl oz (887 mL) bottle. The adult serving is 2 tablespoons (30 mL) and the bottle holds about 30 adult servings. Vegan, dairy free, gluten free and sugar free.

A once daily liquid multivitamin taken in the morning, with food, with juice or on an empty stomach. It is dosed by age from 1 year and up, so the same bottle covers adults and children at different volumes. The formula supports energy metabolism, immunity and bone health.

Key Ingredients

Amounts are per 2 tablespoon (30 mL) adult serving.

• Vitamin A, 1,010 mcg (112% DV) Supplied as beta carotene.
• Vitamin C, 90 mg (100% DV) Supplied as ascorbic acid.
• Vitamin D, 20 mcg / 800 IU (100% DV) Supplied as cholecalciferol from lichen, the vegan source used in this formula.
• B complex Thiamin 6 mg, riboflavin 6.5 mg, niacin 32 mg, vitamin B6 8.5 mg, folate 510 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 12 mcg as methylcobalamin, biotin 300 mcg and pantothenic acid 10 mg.

Other Ingredients

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, natural flavors, xanthan gum, evaporated sea water, cranberry fruit powder, organic aloe vera inner leaf extract and organic noni fruit powder.

How to Use

1. Shake well before use.
2. Take once daily in the morning, either with food, juice or on an empty stomach.
3. Ages 1 to 3 years: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL).
4. Ages 4 to 13 years: 1 tablespoon (15 mL).
5. Ages 14 and up: 2 tablespoons (30 mL).
6. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
