This is an omega-3 fish oil supplement in softgel form, three softgels taken once a day with a meal, so one bottle covers 30 days of that routine. Each daily serving supplies concentrated fish oil together with borage oil, finished with a natural lemon flavour.

• EPA, 1080 mg, and DHA, 420 mg per daily serving The two long chain omega-3 fatty acids that make up the bulk of the omega-3 content, with a further 120 mg of other omega-3 fatty acids.
• GLA (gamma linolenic acid), 75 mg per daily serving An omega-6 fatty acid supplied by the borage oil in the formula.
• Proprietary antioxidant blend Natural tocopherols (soy), rosemary extract and ascorbyl palmitate, included to keep the oils in the softgel stable.
