About the Product

A twin pack of Opti-Free Replenish, a multi-purpose contact lens disinfecting solution, supplied as two 10 fl oz (300 mL) bottles, 20 fl oz in total, with a lens case. It is a sterile, buffered aqueous solution preserved with POLYQUAD (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% and ALDOX (myristamidopropyl dimethylamine) 0.0005%.

Opti-Free Replenish is a multi-purpose solution, the single bottle category that rinses, cleans, disinfects and stores soft contact lenses in one product rather than in separate steps. The daily routine is a 20 second rub of each lens, a 10 second rinse of each side under a steady stream, then storage in a closed lens case filled with fresh solution overnight or for at least 6 hours. Lenses may be left in the unopened lens case containing the solution for up to 30 days.

Materials

• POLYQUAD (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% One of the two preservatives in the solution.
• ALDOX (myristamidopropyl dimethylamine) 0.0005% The second preservative in the solution.

How to Use

1. Fill your ALCON Lens Case with fresh OPTI-FREE REPLENISH Solution.
2. Thoroughly wet each side of the lens. Rub the lens for 20 seconds.
3. Rinse each side of the lens for 10 seconds with a steady stream.
4. Store lenses in the closed lens case overnight or at least 6 hours.

Care and Cleaning

Discard any remaining solution in the lens case after each disinfection cycle and refill the case with fresh solution each time lenses are stored.

Warnings

• Always follow the product directions for use. Failure to follow product directions may lead to vision loss.
• Re-use of solution or use of water with lenses may lead to contamination resulting in eye injury and potential loss of vision.
• Do not reuse or top off old solution left in your lens case since solution reuse reduces effective lens disinfection and could lead to severe infection, vision loss or blindness.
• Do not use tap water, bottled water or saliva.
• Only use fresh solution.
• Discard any remaining solution in your lens case after each disinfection cycle. Never re-use solution.
• Not for use with heat (thermal) disinfection.
