  • Clinically proven to improve occasional dry eye discomfort*

Directions for Use:

Take three softgels daily with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Premium Ingredients:

  • Highly Refined & Concentrated rTG Fish Oil (anchovy, sardine, herring, mackerel)
  • Capsule Shell (bovine gelatin, glycerin, purified water)
  • Natural Berry/Orange Flavor
  • Natural Mixed Tocopherols (soy-derived preservative)
  • Free from gluten, dairy, artificial colors, or flavors

Common Questions (FAQs):

Q: Can I get enough Omega-3s from food?

The American Heart Association and American Cardiology Association recommend 2-3 grams of omega-3s daily (EPA + DHA). To match the omega-3 levels in DE3 (3 softgels/day), you’d need to consume 37 cans of tuna per week—posing a high risk of mercury poisoning.

Q: Is flaxseed oil a good alternative?

Flaxseed provides alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3 that is far less bioavailable than marine-based omega-3s (EPA & DHA). Marine omega-3s are up to 10x more effective for supporting eye health.

Q: How does DE3 compare to other fish oils?

DE3 uses an ultra-purified, triglyceride (rTG) form of omega-3s—identical to the form found in fresh fish but without impurities. Most store-bought omega-3s contain low doses of EPA & DHA in synthetic forms that are harder for the body to absorb and often cause a fishy aftertaste.

I have no idea. The doctor recommended it as a supplement, and it may or may not be of some value. Who knows?

However, be careful - the company selling it seems to want to be my pen pal and once I bought from them they kept emailing me. Sometimes I yearn for "stores" where you can buy something with "money" and slip out anonymously.

Love the product but it's a bit expensive so I have to wait until there's a discount!

    It’s very expensive though.

Hard to tell if it works

I am taking these per my eye doctor’s suggestion. Apparently I have dry eye that my only problem is blurry vision. (I had lens replacement surgery 3 years ago and have been dealing with blurry eyes ever since.). I’ve been taking these about 3 months now; I still don’t notice much difference. The one thing I do not like about these pills (and most other vitamins) is how BIG they are. Horse pills! I’m not good at taking pills so it’s a struggle every day.
