Rescue Delivery Promise
Optional package protection by Dryeye Rescue. Get peace of mind in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. When your order includes Rescue Delivery Promise and something goes wrong on the way to you, we take care of it with a replacement. This is an optional additional service for expedited replacements. It is not a shipping fee and it is not an insurance policy.
What it covers
Packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while being shipped to you, on orders that included Rescue Delivery Promise.
Resolve a shipping problem
Was your package lost, damaged or stolen while being shipped? Let us get it taken care of. Email support@dryeyerescue.com or call 888-982-7764 with your order number. For a damaged package, a photo of the package and product helps us resolve it faster. If tracking shows your package as delivered but it has not arrived, please allow 5 business days after the delivery scan, since carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early.
If you choose not to add it
Rescue Delivery Promise is optional. Without it, Dryeye Rescue is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they ship. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Cost
The fee is shown in your cart before you choose it and is based on the value of the products in your order. You can switch it on or off at any time before checkout. Subscription orders that include Rescue Delivery Promise carry a fixed fee on each shipment.
