Vitamin D + K2 is a liquid dietary supplement in a 1 fluid ounce (30 mL) dropper bottle. A serving is 2 drops and the bottle holds 600 servings. Each 2 drop serving supplies 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D as vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of vitamin K as vitamin K2. The contents are NSF Contents Certified.

This is a liquid vitamin D and K2 supplement, taken by drop rather than by capsule or tablet. It is taken 2 drops at a time, one to three times daily, and the drops can be taken on their own, added to food, or mixed into a beverage.
