This is a foundational daily multivitamin and mineral formula, taken as two capsules a day rather than as a larger multi capsule regimen. A single serving covers the fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K, a full B complex including folate as Quatrefolic, and the minerals calcium, iodine, magnesium, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium and boron, with several of the minerals supplied as Albion TRAACS chelates.

Key Ingredients

• Vitamin C, 250 mg per 2 capsule serving, 278% DV A water soluble vitamin and the largest single nutrient dose in the formula.
• Vitamin D, 50 mcg (2,000 IU) per serving, 250% DV A fat soluble vitamin, included alongside vitamin K in the same serving.
• Vitamin K, 400 mcg per serving, 333% DV Split between 200 mcg of vitamin K1 and 200 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-4.
• Zinc, 15 mg per serving, 136% DV An essential trace mineral, supplied here as one of the chelated minerals in the formula.

Hypromellose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Calcium Laurate.
