A strawberry flavored liquid multivitamin in a 32 fl oz (946 mL) bottle. The adult serving is 2 tablespoons (30 mL), measured from the bottle rather than taken as a pill or capsule.

A once daily liquid multivitamin taken in the morning, with food, with juice or on an empty stomach, and dosed by age from 2 years and up. Alongside vitamins A, C, D and E and a full B complex, the Essentials+ formula carries vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7, an organic fruit blend, inositol, betaine, methylsulfonylmethane and hesperidin. It supports metabolism, the immune system, bone health and cardiovascular function.

• Vitamin K2, 120 mcg Supplied as menaquinone-7. No Daily Value is established for vitamin K2.
• Vitamin D, 20 mcg / 800 IU (100% DV) Supplied as cholecalciferol.
• Organic fruit blend, 100 mg A blend of apple fruit, cranberry berry, blueberry berry and European elder berry.
• B complex Thiamin 1.2 mg, riboflavin 1.3 mg, niacin 16 mg, vitamin B6 1.7 mg, folate 680 mcg DFE, vitamin B12 60 mcg as methylcobalamin, biotin 150 mcg and pantothenic acid 5 mg.

Other Ingredients

Purified water, vegetable glycerin, natural flavors, xanthan gum, citric acid, evaporated sea water, and vegetable juice color.

How to Use

1. Shake well before use.
2. Take once daily in the morning, either with food, juice or on an empty stomach.
3. Ages 2 to 3 years: 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 mL).
4. Ages 4 to 10 years: 1/4 oz or 1/2 tablespoon (7.4 mL).
5. Ages 11 to 17 years: 1/2 oz or 1 tablespoon (14.8 mL).
6. Ages 18 and up: 1 oz or 2 tablespoons (29.6 mL).
7. Pregnant or lactating women and seniors 65 and up: consult a physician or healthcare professional.
8. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
