• L-Theanine, 200 mg An amino acid and the largest of the named nutrients in the formula by weight.
• Sensoril Ashwagandha extract, 125 mg An extract of Withania somnifera root and leaf, the adaptogenic herb in the formula.
• GABA, 100 mg Gamma aminobutyric acid, supplied alongside 5-HTP from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract at 100 mg.
• Saffron stigmas extract, 28 mg An extract of Crocus sativus standardized to 2 percent safranal and 3 percent crocins, supplied with magnesium citrate at 100 mg.
