About the Product
The E-Compress is a USB powered eye compress with a soft plush fabric cover. It draws power over a USB cable and plugs into a PC, a wall adapter or a portable battery. It has three temperature settings, three time settings, and an automatic shut off. The cover is machine washable.
A powered eye compress is bought for a warm compress routine that does not depend on a microwave. It is worn over the closed eyelids while it warms, the temperature and the time are each set on the unit, and the automatic shut off ends the session without the wearer having to time it. Because it runs from any USB power source, it can be used at a desk or away from home on a portable battery.

How to Use
- Plug the USB cable into a PC, a wall adapter or a portable battery.

The mask works good an.d it is definitely helping with my dry eyes. It also helps to open sinus passages. The only negative about the mask is the nose piece should be a little more pronounced as it presses on my nose and partly blocks my nasal passages.

I have been suffering from dry eyes for the last few years. I purchased The Wizard Eye Mask from this site two years ago and I absolutely loved it. I needed another one and the Wizard wasn't available. I tried this mask and two others on this site and they were not even close to the Wizard. They are all terrible. If you have dry eyes, don't even waste your time with the other masks. Get the Wizard. I usually don't write reviews but felt the need to help out others with the same condition. This is indeed the best dry eye site out there!

The mask doesn't fit very well. Needs more flexibility over the nose so the mask would make closer contact with the eyes.
I would prefer a mask that has a rechargeable battery so it wouldn't need to be plugged in during use. I don't like the cord while I am truing to sleep. I need it for international travel.
Also, the flyer included in the box says to read the instruction booklet but I didn't get one. Please send me the instruction booklet. I don't Know how to adjust the time and temperature because I am not sure what the colors represent. Need the instructions for that.
