Each bottle holds 6.7 fluid ounces (200 mL) and provides 40 servings at the labelled adult serving of one teaspoon (5 mL) daily, so the pack provides 120 servings in total, about a 4 month supply. The formula supplies EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids in re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form together with vitamin D3.

This is the liquid form of a daily omega-3 supplement, for people who would rather take a teaspoon of oil with a meal than swallow several softgels each day. It is taken once daily with food and shaken before use, with a half teaspoon serving for children under 12, and each bottle is kept refrigerated once opened. The three bottle pack is the same liquid at a longer reorder interval, about four months at the adult serving.
