Each daily dose provides 1,133 mg of omega-3 in triglyceride form from wild caught Alaskan fish, 1,000 IU of vitamin D3, 60 mg of maqui berry, 10 mg of lutein, 2 mg of zeaxanthin and 66 mg of omega-7.

This is an omega-3 based daily supplement in softgel form, two softgels a day, so a 60 softgel bottle covers a month of that routine. The amounts are given per daily dose rather than per softgel, and the formula puts two carotenoids, vitamin D3, a berry ingredient and an omega-7 fatty acid alongside the fish oil.
