About the Product

A powdered electrolyte drink mix supplied as 20 single-serve packets, formulated for evening use and containing melatonin. One packet is mixed with water to make one drink. At the labelled serving of one drink before bedtime, one box provides 20 servings. Sugar free, low calorie and low sodium. Sold in Orange, Mixed Berries and Strawberry Lemonade flavours.

This is the evening version of the drink mix, taken as one drink before bedtime rather than across the day. One packet is stirred into 8 to 12 ounces of water, so a 20 packet box covers 20 nights. It is sugar free, low calorie and low sodium, and it contains melatonin, which the daytime mix does not.
