Blink Tears Lubricating Eye Drops is a lubricant eye drop supplied in a 15 mL multi dose bottle. The active ingredient is polyethylene glycol 400 0.25%, a lubricant. The formula also contains sodium hyaluronate and is preserved with sodium chlorite.

30 ml

Blink Tears Lubricating Eye Drops is a lubricant eye drop supplied in a 30 mL multi dose bottle. The active ingredient is polyethylene glycol 400 0.25%, a lubricant. The formula also contains sodium hyaluronate and is preserved with sodium chlorite.

Uses

• for the temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to wind or sun
• may be used as a protectant against further irritation

Boric acid; calcium chloride; magnesium chloride; potassium chloride; purified water; sodium borate; sodium chloride; sodium chlorite as a preservative; sodium hyaluronate.

How to Use

1. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your doctor.

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• if solution changes color or becomes cloudy

When using this product

• to avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface
• remove contact lenses before using
• replace cap after each use

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye
• condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours

Keep out of reach of children

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Store at 15-25 °C (59-77 °F).
