Blink Gel Tears Lubricating Eye Drops (10ml)

About the Product

Blink Gel Tears Lubricating Eye Drops is a lubricant eye drop supplied in a 10 mL (0.34 fl oz) bottle. The active ingredient is polyethylene glycol 400 0.25%, an eye lubricant. The formula also contains sodium hyaluronate and is preserved with sodium chlorite.

One or two drops are instilled in the affected eye as needed.

Uses

• for the temporary relief of burning, irritation and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to wind or sun
• may be used as a protectant against further irritation

Active Ingredients

Inactive Ingredients

Boric acid, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium borate, sodium chloride, sodium chlorite (OcuPure Brand) as a preservative; sodium hyaluronate.

How to Use

1. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• if solution changes color or becomes cloudy

When using this product

• to avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface
• replace cap after using

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye
• condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours

Keep out of the reach of children

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Use only if tape seals on top and bottom flaps are intact.
