About the Product

Advanced Eye Relief Dry Eye Rejuvenation is a lubricant eye drop supplied in a 0.5 fl oz (15 mL) bottle. It carries two active ingredients, glycerin 0.3% and propylene glycol 1.0%, both with the stated purpose of lubricant. The formula is preserved with benzalkonium chloride.

There is no fixed dosing interval: 1 or 2 drops are instilled in the affected eye or eyes as needed, so it suits an as-needed routine through the day. Because the drop is preserved, contact lenses are removed before use.

Uses

• temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye
• prevents further irritation

benzalkonium chloride, boric acid, edetate disodium, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium borate, sodium chloride. Hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide may be used to adjust pH.

How to Use

1. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Warnings

For external use only

Do not use

• if solution changes color or becomes cloudy

When using this product

• do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
• remove contact lenses before using
• replace cap after use

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation
• condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Storage

• store at 15 to 25 degrees C (59 to 77 degrees F)
• keep tightly closed
• use before expiration date marked on carton and bottle
