180ct 2 Month Supply

Softgel dietary supplement supplying EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids in re-esterified triglyceride (rTG) form, from sustainably sourced Norwegian fish oil, together with vitamin D3. Each daily serving of three softgels provides 2,240 mg of EPA and DHA at a 3 to 1 EPA to DHA ratio, plus 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of vitamin D3. This is the 180 count bottle, 60 servings, a 2 month supply at the labelled serving of three softgels daily.

People take this as a daily omega-3 supplement, three softgels swallowed with a meal, and it is the softgel alternative to the same formula sold as a liquid. It supports natural tear production and a healthy tear film. The 90, 180 and 270 count bottles are the same product at different reorder intervals.

I have no idea. The doctor recommended it as a supplement, and it may or may not be of some value. Who knows?

However, be careful - the company selling it seems to want to be my pen pal and once I bought from them they kept emailing me. Sometimes I yearn for "stores" where you can buy something with "money" and slip out anonymously.

Love the product but it's a bit expensive so I have to wait until there's a discount!

    It’s very expensive though.

Hard to tell if it works

I am taking these per my eye doctor’s suggestion. Apparently I have dry eye that my only problem is blurry vision. (I had lens replacement surgery 3 years ago and have been dealing with blurry eyes ever since.). I’ve been taking these about 3 months now; I still don’t notice much difference. The one thing I do not like about these pills (and most other vitamins) is how BIG they are. Horse pills! I’m not good at taking pills so it’s a struggle every day.
