About the Product

Systane Ultra Preservative-Free Eye Drops is a sterile ocular lubricant supplied in single use vials of 0.7 mL each. This pack contains 180 vials, supplied as 3 boxes of 60. It has two active ingredients, polyethylene glycol 400 0.4% and propylene glycol 0.3%, both eye lubricants. The formula is preservative free, and it also contains hydroxypropyl guar. It can be used with soft contact lenses and is not a rewetting drop.

This is the preservative free, single use vial format of Systane Ultra within the over the counter artificial tear category. A vial is opened, used and then discarded, which suits dosing several times a day and carrying a few vials rather than a bottle.

Uses

• For the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye
• for temporary relief of discomfort due to minor irritation of the eye or to exposure to wind or sun

Active Ingredients

• Polyethylene Glycol 400, 0.4% An eye lubricant, and one of the two actives that give the solution its lubricating body.
• Propylene Glycol, 0.3% An eye lubricant, and a humectant that holds water in the formula.

Inactive Ingredients

Aminomethylpropanol, boric acid, hydroxypropyl guar, potassium chloride, purified water, sodium chloride, sorbitol. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.

How to Use

1. Put 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
2. Do not reuse. Once opened, discard the vial.

When using this product

• do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
• do not reuse
• once opened, discard

Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience any of the following

• eye pain
• changes in vision
• continued redness or irritation of the eye
• condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
