    Very poor

    The second time I heated it up in the microwave, an area on the eye patch melted an exposed the beads inside. For this price, I would expect better quality. Do not buy.

    Need a washable protective bag

    Like use four times a day. I would recommend selling a washable protective cloth with and separately so you can order a spare
